What is Art Therapy?
Art Therapy is bringing the creative process into the therapeutic process. Art is a safe place to explore hard to talk about thoughts or feelings. Images in the artwork can come from the unconscious, bringing hidden desires or emotions to the surface. Creating artwork can empower people, and artistic expression can give the quietest person a stronger voice.
